Poonam Doolhur

Poonam Doolhur has over 10 years of experience in risk management and governance.  She is the Strategy and Corporate Finance Manager at ASR.

Prior to ASR, Poonam developed leadership and management skills as a Manager in the Consulting service line at EY, where she assisted clients operating in various sectors in improving their risk management and internal control framework. During her time at EY, Poonam acquired work experience in countries across Africa, North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Poonam also has significant auditing experience in the National Audit Office of Mauritius where she assisted in the audit of accounts of ministries, departments, parastatal and other statutory bodies or local authorities.

Born in Mauritius, Poonam is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
