Our dedicated approach to claims is designed to help clients maintain operational continuity, navigate complex loss events and emerge stronger, more resilient and better positioned for future growth.

All claim notifications should follow the instructions within the policy issued and it is expected that your broker will guide and advise you.  To all our broker partners please submit your claims to us in the following manner:

Policies underwriting directly by Syn ASR 2454 or one of the consortia arrangements ASR 2454 leads:  Please submit the claim to the London Market Central Settlement systems operated by Velonetics (DXC/XIS):  Electronic Claims File (ECF) portal and the Insurers Market Repository (IMR).

For underwriting and bound by our Coverholder/Service companies, please submit all claims with supporting information to our global claims  team’s mailbox being claims@asr-re.com . Please ensure you quote our policy reference(s) in that initial submission, and once received the notification will be auto-routed accordingly to the most appropriate team member.

For the policies being underwriting directly by the South African Office of ASR 2454, any claims should be sent to  Claims.ZA@asr-re.com with full details of the claim and policy references.
