Position: Director of Underwriting & Head of Liability
Martin is Head of Liability at Africa Specialty Risks with over 30 years’ experience writing International Casualty business and managing casualty product lines across Liability/PI/D&O/Financial Lines.
Prior to ASR, Martin was Product Lead, International Casualty at MS Amlin and part of the P&C Leadership team. Martin has also held positions at QBE where he was a Portfolio Manager for over five years, as well as five years spent at Swiss Re. He has a track record across Lloyd’s and company markets and building teams and portfolios from beginning to end.
Martin is a Fellow at the Chartered Insurance Institute.
