Position: Head of Strategy and Corporate Finance
Caroline Hilton is the Head of Strategy and Corporate Finance at Africa Specialty Risks, with over 20 years of financial services experience.
Previous to ASR, Caroline held various senior roles at Old Mutual plc (London), across Group Treasury, Group Capital Management and Group Corporate Finance functions. Prior to working in London, Caroline held senior financial and commercial roles at AMP Life (Sydney) and at The Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Born in Ireland, Caroline is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds an International Treasury Management qualification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Caroline gained a BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance degree from John Moores University.
